Launched in June, the Bahamas DNA Project is looking for individuals with direct Bahamian ancestry who are interested in participating. To qualify (for both men and women), your maternal grandmother's mother's direct line needs to be from the Bahamas. Or, if you are male, you qualify if your paternal grandfather's father's direct line is from the Bahamas. Early results are already interesting.
