Genealogy Software Reviews - Family Tree Legends

Monday May 1, 2006
In my opinion, Family Tree Legends has most of the features you would expect in a well-rounded genealogy software program, but where it really shines is in its tight Internet integration, making it easy to backup your database, look for and download matches from other family trees, and publish your family tree online with just a few clicks. What do you think of the FTL genealogy software? Click "comments" below to share your opinion and help new users decide on the best family tree software for their needs.

At first I had Family Tree Legends. What apiece of junk .I always had trouble with it running on my computer.I was always talking to tech-support. I think I was a genie-pig for Mr.Cliff Shaw and his operation. I now have Family Tree Maker and it works great.

I love Family tree Legends. My computer crashed and I was able to retrieve everything.
It’s easy to use.
