Deceased Online

Saturday August 2, 2008
A new Web site, which aims to serve as a central online database for UK burial and cremation records, has launched with 135 years worth of records from the Tunbridge Wells Borough Cemetery and the Kent and Sussex Crematorium. Deceased Online plans to encourage other cemeteries and crematoria to contribute records, offering an easier way to search UK burial records online. Searching is free, but you have to pay if you want digitized images of the records, headstone photos, detailed cemetery maps, and other cemetery records.
