The long-running Everton's Genealogical Helper magazine launched with a less expensive online version earlier this year. However, hosting on the World Vital Records' servers was causing confusion and access difficulties for subscribers. To alleviate the confusion, Everton's has undertaking hosting the online edition of Genealogical Heler themselves at www.genealogicalhelper.com.
To give you an idea of what you can get for your online subscription, Everton is offering FREE access to the two Online Edition issues now available at the site: Jul-Aug 2008 and Sept-Oct 2008 until Friday, October 17. Also, until October 27, the $12 annual subscription fee to the Online Edition of the Genealogical Helper has been reduced to $10.00 and the printed magazine (which also includes access to the online version) has been reduced from $29.00 to $25.00 for an annual subscription. The online version of the magazine is a full edition with all Web sites hot-linked.
My comment concerns the subscription cost for the online version. I did subscribe at a different rate. Are they now going to refund a portion of that cost? How do I get in touch with them to discuss that?
