Roots Television

I know a lot of you have probably heard of and enjoyed Roots Television, but for all of you out there who have never checked it out the site has really blossomed since its launch online in late 2006. Now you can enjoy more than 1000 genealogical related videos, including interviews, how-tos, documentaries, and even segments from the PBS Ancestors series. You can even submit your own genealogy video to RootsTube!

The online genealogy television channel garnered four Telly Awards in 2008 for four of its original productions. Most recently RootsTelevision.com instituted the option for full-screen viewing of its many videos. Owner Megan Smolenyak has even posted instructions for watching the videos full-screen on your television. If you have never visited Roots Television, or haven't been there lately, you're in for a treat!
