  • DIESOLDORFF, SCOTT My mother Beatrice Diaz Diesoldorff born in Guatemala married my father Hugh Andrew Scott in New Orleans Lousiana in the 1920 0r 1930. My brother and I are trying to find the place of birth of our mother, and to see if there are any survivors, relatives on her side. I would appreciate any help.
    Sincerely Andrew Scott, ancin62@digitalexp.com

  • JOHANSEN I'm searching for info abt. my GG-father Claus Johansen, born in Vigerslev, Denmark 2 Aug 1846. Shortly after 15 May 1889 he left Denmark, aged 43,  bound for Chicago. I will greatly appreciate any help to find him, possibly in Illinois around Cook County. Maybe there exists a record of naturalization, census, marriage or
deed. The problem is, that he might have changed his name to a more 'American like' eg. Carl Johanson, Charles Johnson or something like that. Good news can be sent to Arne Sorensen, Copenhagen, Denmark.
