Stellar Site Submissions
Creating a genealogy Web page can be fun to do and a great way to keep family members connected. But is your site of use to a large section of the genealogy community? If you feel that your personal genealogy Web page is outstanding, and you would like me to include it on this site, then please submit it for my review. I will be looking for personal Web pages that show dedication and creativity in the preservation of family history. The best of the sites I look at will be included on this site and will receive an award to display on their site.
Web Page Submission Rules
1) The site must be a Personal Homepage (non-commercial) and be created by the owner. The primary content must be related to genealogy or family history.
2) The site must be well organized with no broken images or outdated links and be accessible by most browsers. Images, especially those used for navigation, should have alternate text available.
3) Prejudicial, violent, or Adult Only content are not eligible for review.
4) The design of your site should be pleasing to the eye. I am looking for well-thought out design, graphics, and color schemes.
5) The content of your site should be original and contain information that is useful to the genealogy community (beyond your family and friends). I am not looking for lists of links to other sites, for example.
6) The site should download fairly quickly. Genealogists are after information, not fancy graphics that take forever to download.
7) The site should have no noticeable spelling or grammatical errors, and your information should be clear, concise, and easy to read.
