HTML Family Group Sheet Type 5

Below is an example of a Family Group Sheet that uses a table structure format (we'll get into how to change backgrounds and fonts, link to other pages, etc. a bit further on). You can make copies of this template and use as many as you need. To save this file to your hard drive, go to your File menu and select Save As... then choose a name and location for the file. Once this is done, you can open this file in any text editor.

Replace the holder text with actual names, dates, locations, and source info. If you need entries for more than 10 children, copy and paste from the existing children's sections to add them, or if you need less, delete the unnecessary ones. Although this style appears simple, take care not to disturb the HTML tags in order to preserve proper formatting of text.

You can delete or modify this upper section of text, but always be sure to add a link back to your index page or other section of your site to make it easier to navigate. You can copy and modify the one below, if you like.
