How to Use the Interactive Census Forms

These .PDF documents have been created so that you can use them just as you would in a typewriter. Save the forms to your computer, fill in the forms online, and then print.

Important Note: Unless you own a full copy of Adobe Acrobat, you will not be able to save the completed forms on your computer. The free Adobe Acrobat Reader only allows you to complete the census forms online -- which eliminates the messy handwriting problem -- but will need to print out hard copies in order to save your work.
