Price, it is free. Also, I started using it so that I could keep a copy of my genealogy program on my Palm device. That was so handy to take to the library instead of big notebooks.

Biggest Con 

It is pretty vanilla looking.

My Review 

This is by far the best entry level program for the new genealogy researcher. There is no up front cost and if you get bitten hard by the genealogy bug you can upgrade to another software version. You can import or export gedcom files and I used it years ago with Palm Pilot. It was a terrific added feature.
