GENTECH 2001

February is right around the corner, so you may want to make your plans to attend the 2001 GENTECH Conference, to be held in Dallas, TX on February 2-3, 2001. This is THE conference for technology in genealogy. The lecture list is impressive and all of the newest genealogy software and gadgets will be on display in the exhibit hall. The final day of the conference (Saturday) even includes a new Family History Discovery Expo. This is aimed towards people just becoming interested in genealogy and allows them, for a nominal walk-in fee, to attend talks by Cyndi Howells, Dick Eastman, Tony Burroughs, and Lloyd Bockstruck as well as have access to the exhibit hall.
