Illinois Statewide Vital Records Databases
Available on the Web site of the Illinois State Archives, the statewide vital records databases include the Illinois Statewide Marriage Index, 1763-1900; Illinois Statewide Death Index, pre-1916; and Illinois Statewide Death Index, 1916-1950.

Kentucky Vital Records Index
Indexes to selected Kentucky vital records are available for free searching on the Web site of the University of Kentucky. This includes the Kentucky Death Index (1911-1986 and 1987-1992), Kentucky Marriage Index (1973-1993), and Kentucky Divorce Index (1973-1993).

Massachusetts Vital Records, 1841-1910
Use this members-only database from the New England Historic Genealogy Society to search for Massachusetts birth, death, and marriage records 1841-1910. Accessible only to members of the NEHGS.

Minnesota Birth Certificates Index
Search this Minnesota Historical Society database by name, birth year, and/or county for Minnesota birth certificates issued between 1900 and 1916. Results give the date and county of birth and mother's maiden name. Non-certified copies of the birth certificates can be ordered for electronic delivery.

Missouri Births & Deaths, pre-1910
This free, searchable database includes abstracts of the birth, stillbirth, and death records recorded in Missouri before 1909 and that are available on microfilm at the Missouri State Archives.

Oregon Birth Records & Birth Evidences 1842 - 1903
