The Old Farmer's Almanac

Environment Canada - Historical Weather & Climate Data
The National Climate Data and Information Archive, operated by Environment Canada, hosts a free archive of historical weather reports going back to 1840. Historical weather reports are available hourly or daily, depending upon time period and location.
